Thank you for shopping our page! My name is Stacy Maddox and I am sole owner, mom of 3 littles and wife of 18 years to a hard working husband. I left Corporate America when my oldest was born 5 weeks premature and decided to pursue a different path. I am a full time stay at home mom, full time business owner, and active in my community in Fairhope, AL. We appreciate all orders, likes, shares, word of mouth, visits at local markets, and any and all support. By supporting a local business, your money goes towards dance recitals, preschools, local tax dollars, local community donations and so much more!
It all started with a dream and a love of bows! Established in 2019, we have grown from a small bow shop to over 6500 orders all over the US. We are an online children's boutique located in the Alabama Gulf Coast area. We specialize in traditional southern attire including applique, embroidery, smocked, and seersucker boy and girl outfits. We have attended hundreds of markets around the Gulf Coast and love meeting our customers both new and familiar faces ❤️.

What is the turnaround time?

Ready to ship (RTS) turnaround time (TAT) is 2-3 business days

Pre-order TAT is different per item and is included in the item's description. See the individual item for TAT. Please seperate all RTS and preorder items on different shipping transactions or the shipping eta will be the latest eta on the order.

Are returns allowed?

Returns/exchanges are allowed within 10 business days of delivery. To initiate a return email us at southernsweetpeaofficial@gmail.com with your order number, item, and description of why you want it returned. See footer below for more information.

How do I care for my bows/outfits?

We recommend hand washing bows with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. We recommend checking the individual clothing tag of all outfits for care instructions.

What are Sweet Pea Rewards and how do I sign up?

Our Sweet Pea Rewards Program gives you points to save money on future purchases. It's easy and free to sign up. Just click on the little shopping bag at the home page to sign up. As part of the Sweet Pea Rewards you receive 10 points for every $1 spent plus many other ways to earn points including following us on our social media platforms. Every 1000 points can be redeemed for $5 off. We also have double and triple point weekends so make sure to sign up to our VIP Facebook Group to stay in the know!

How much is shipping?

All shipping is Ground Shipping (4-5 days) and is $6 for orders under $100 and free over $100. We also offer shipping insurance.
