Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 business days of mail delivery. Clearance and custom items are not available for return with the exception of damaged product. To initiate the return please send us an email at southernsweetpeaofficial@gmail.com and we will provide a shipping label to return the product to 21692 Yosemite Blvd, Fairhope AL 36532, United States. If the items are outside of the timeframe provided above the return may be approved for store credit, subject to a 20% restocking fee, only at the discretion of the owner on a case by case basis.

Shipping
To return your product please use the return label provided once your return exchange has been approved to 21692 Yosemite Blvd, Fairhope AL 36532, United States. Once the item has been received by Southern Sweet Pea we will then process the exchange / return and an additional tracking number will be provided. Once the item is in transit, Southern Sweet Pea, LLC is no longer responsible for the item and a lost package must be filed through USPS.
